5 Houston Center

5 Houston Center was designed for the 21st century office customer, including unique features such as ready availability to excess power; two telecommunications rooms per floor; taller floor-to-floor heights; larger and more efficient floor plates; more convenient parking, with an in-building parking garage boasting a parking ratio of 2.2 cars per 1,000 square feet. The building is connected by skybridge to Chevron Tower, giving direct access to Houston Center’s existing three million square feet of office space and amenities, including the retail shops, restaurants and food court at The Shops, the Four Seasons Hotel, the Houston Center Club, Houston’s underground tunnel system, and more.

When 5 Houston Center broke ground, in November of 2000, it was downtown Houston's first multi-tenant office tower to be built since 1986. The project was complete in October of 2002 and Crescent finalized the sale of the asset in December of 2005.
