HOUSTON, TX, (January 25, 2012) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that 1 Houston Center will be renamed LyondellBasell Tower following the signing of a lease extension of 358,138 square feet by LyondellBasell at Houston Center in Houston’s Central Business District. Charles Gordon, Craig Beyer and Brandon Clarke of CBRE, Inc. represented LyondellBasell. Debbie Wilson, vice president of leasing for Crescent, and Bob Boykin, managing director of leasing for Crescent, represented the owner.

“LyondellBasell has made Houston Center a location for its global operations for more than 25 years,” said Wilson. “We are excited to maintain LyondellBasell as one of the largest customers at Houston Center. The amenities and location were pivotal for LyondellBasell’s renewal.” LyondellBasell Tower is located at 1221 McKinney Street.
