Constructed in 1982, Fulbright Tower's structural frame is steel with suspended concrete on metal deck floor slabs. Exterior cladding of the tower is aluminum and insulating glass curtain wall with polished granite spandrels. The interior public areas utilize granites on the floors and walls accented with stainless steel. Connected to Houston Center via sky bridges to 5 Houston Center, 4 Houston Center, Houston Center Shops and One Houston Center, the building has direct access to the four-million square feet of office space and amenities in the complex. Major customers of Fulbright Tower include Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, Pulse EFT Association, Watson Wyatt Worldwide and Texas Genco.
