DALLAS, TX (January 30, 2012) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that four leases totaling 33,387 square feet were recently signed at the downtown Dallas Arts District property, Trammell Crow Center. PwC and Perkins Coie both renewed and expanded, while CRA and a financial services company signed on for new space at the property. Katy Cleary and Kirby White with Crescent Property Services, Inc. represented Trammell Crow Center ownership for all leases.
PwC, a leading professional services firm, renewed 8,992 square feet and expanded another 3,404 square feet. In total, the PwC Dallas office at Trammell Crow Center is 144,000 square feet. Cleary and White represented the owner, while Phil Puckett, Amy DeAngelis, and Michelle Donaldson with CBRE represented PwC.
Perkins Coie, a prestigious international law firm named by FORTUNE as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For”, also renewed and expanded at Trammell Crow Center for 7,486 square feet and 5,065 square feet, respectively. Cleary and White represented the owner, while Phil Puckett, Stephen Bay, and Michelle Donaldson with CBRE represented Perkins Coie.

Charles River Associates (CRA), a leading global consulting firm that offers economic, financial, and business management expertise to major law firms, corporations, accounting firms, and governments, signed 4,194 square feet of new space at Trammell Crow Center, relocating from executive suites in uptown. Cleary and White represented the owner.
A fourth company – a well-known financial services group whose policy is to not be disclosed – recently relocated from another downtown property to Trammell Crow Center, taking 4,246 square feet. Cleary and White represented the owner.
