DENVER, CO, (November 22, 2010) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that onTargetjobs, Inc. signed a new lease for 27,674 square feet at Peakview Tower within the Greenwood Plaza Office Park.
Greenwood Plaza Office Park is located in the heart of the Denver Technology Center (DTC). OnTargetjobs is scheduled to relocate from Panorama Corporate Center early next year. Bruce M. Basham represented the owner, Crescent Crown Peakview Tower LLC, while Jim McGrath of Studley, Inc. represented onTargetjobs. “We knew Peakview Tower would be the perfect fit for onTargetjobs new home because of their desire to have a more contiguous workplace. Fortunately, we were able to provide them with a very efficient full floor, 27,674 square feet, in a 10-story Class A building, where they will enjoy the best views of the DTC,” said Crescent’s vice president of leasing Bruce Basham.
Since January 1, 2010, Basham has leased more than 130,000 square feet in Crescent’s Denver properties, including the recent lease of Suncor Energy (U.S.A.) Inc., at Johns Manville.
