FORT WORTH, TEXAS—Crescent Real Estate LLC (“Crescent”) broke ground on a new office building within its Fort Worth campus and announced today the office space will be anchored by JPMorganChase. “Crescent Offices West” will open for business in 2027.

“The momentum of Crescent and Fort Worth continues,” said John Goff, Chairman of Crescent. “Today, we celebrate the ground-breaking of Crescent Offices West which will offer 170,000 square feet of premium office space. It will further enhance the Crescent campus as the place to do business in Fort Worth. We are particularly excited that JPMorganChase has selected Crescent Offices West as its Fort Worth headquarters.

“A Fort Worth financial district is forming on downtown’s west side, and JPMorganChase is proud to be a major part of this signature development,” said Elaine Agather, Chair of the Dallas Region and Global Vice Chair at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. “We are excited to double the size of our Fort Worth office with our move into the Crescent.”

In addition to 170,000 square feet of office space, Crescent Offices West will also include two restaurants, a fitness center, and a pavilion conference center, complete with a lounge.  There will also be private terraces on each floor and amazing views of Fort Worth and the Cultural District.
