Tiffany Payan

Tiffany Payan serves as Senior Vice President, Finance and Compliance for Crescent Real Estate LLC. She is responsible for the financial oversight, reporting, and compliance functions for Crescent’s GP Invitation Funds and related entities, including quarterly reporting, tax compliance, valuation and return modeling initiatives, limited partner reporting, regulatory compliance, and complex investor-related inquiries.

Mrs. Payan joined Crescent in 2016 as a Senior Financial Analyst. During her tenure, she has played an integral role in the growth of Crescent’s finance organization, building out the fund accounting department and developing related policies and procedures. She serves as a key resource on financial reporting, tax matters, capital management, fund operations, and compliance initiatives, and regularly supports investor relations and other strategic projects across the firm. Her broad understanding of Crescent’s investment platforms and operations, combined with her technical expertise and leadership, has made her a trusted resource throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mrs. Payan worked for Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2016 as an external auditor for a global real estate opportunity fund in which she gained valuable fund accounting and real estate investment experience.

Mrs. Payan holds a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance and a M.S. in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
