Peter Miquelon

Peter Miquelon serves as Vice President, Investments at Crescent Real Estate LLC, where he focuses on the firm’s Hospitality platform. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing acquisitions across the country, overseeing development initiatives, and managing investments across the hospitality portfolio. Mr. Miquelon brings deep experience in investment underwriting, deal evaluation, and the structuring of equity and debt capital. Since joining Crescent, Mr. Miquelon has contributed directly to more than $2.0 billion in cumulative transaction volume.

Mr. Miquelon joined Crescent in 2019 as an Analyst. Prior to transitioning to the Hospitality platform in 2023, he was a member of the Office Investments team, where he played a key role in the reacquisition of The Crescent in 2021 and the formation of the seed portfolio (Riverview & Midtown Plaza) for Crescent’s AA Office Fund in 2023.

Before joining Crescent, Mr. Miquelon served as a Senior Analyst at Wells Fargo, where he was responsible for debt origination, underwriting, due diligence, and credit memorandum preparation across all major real estate asset classes. During his tenure, he executed more than $2 billion in new debt originations, including construction loans, term loans, lines of credit, and bridge financings, and asset managed a debt portfolio in excess of $1 billion.

Mr. Miquelon earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a minor in Economics, from the University of Arkansas.
