Reid Goetz

Reid Goetz serves as Managing Director, Head of Industrial of Crescent Real Estate LLC where he leads Crescent’s industrial investment and development platform. Mr. Goetz is responsible for expanding Crescent’s presence in the industrial sector and leading investment and development activity in the DFW, Texas, and broader Sun Belt markets.  Mr. Goetz is a member of the Senior Management Committee for Crescent.

Prior to joining Crescent in 2026, Mr. Goetz spent over 20 years with Hillwood Properties, a Perot company, serving as Senior Vice President and Industrial Team Lead at Hillwood’s AllianceTexas development.  Mr. Goetz has been directly involved in more than 26 million square feet of industrial transactions and the design and delivery of more than 14 million square feet of new Class A industrial development.  In addition, Goetz was a key leader in the platform’s data center strategy, including powered-land transactions, joint venture data center development, and mission-critical utility infrastructure planning initiatives.

Mr. Goetz has been involved in numerous community, professional and charitable organizations throughout his career, with active involvement in the Advisory Council of the University of Texas Real Estate Council, ULI DFW Industrial Product Council, TREC and NAIOP North Texas (CREDA).

Mr. Goetz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business.
