Brian Terpstra

Brian Terpstra serves as Vice President for Crescent Real Estate LLC. Mr. Terpstra is responsible for company analytics, modeling, and valuations.

Mr. Terpstra joined Crescent in 2008. Prior to joining Crescent, he was a Managing Director for Principal Real Estate Investors where he focused on high yield commercial real estate lending and portfolio management.

Mr. Terpstra was also a Director for GMAC Commercial Holdings, where he focused on commercial mortgage securitization and CMBS structuring.

Mr. Terpstra graduated from Wabash College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and German, and also graduated from the University of Notre Dame with an MBA. He holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
