Caleb Bury

Caleb Bury serves as Vice President of investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC. He is responsible for sourcing and closing investment opportunities through on and off market channels across the Western Region of the U.S.

Mr. Bury joined Crescent in 2018 as an Associate and was responsible for underwriting multifamily and office developments and acquisitions. In his role as Director, he led the property closing process including deal structuring, JV negotiations, financial modeling, completing due diligence, and investment committee presentations.
 
Mr. Bury’s real estate career started as an Analyst at McWhinney on their mixed-use asset management team. Prior to real estate, he served as a Civil Engineer in the United States Air Force where he attained the rank of Captain. He was stationed across three continents and separated as a highly decorated veteran. Before his time in the Air Force, Mr. Bury was a flight test engineer completing research, development, testing, and evaluation for the President of the United States’ fleet of helicopters.

Caleb is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, earning a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He further obtained an MBA from The University of Colorado Leeds School of Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.
