Chris Hanrattie

Chris Hanrattie serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC, and he is based in the corporate office in Fort Worth. Mr. Hanrattie’s responsibilities include oversight of the hospitality vertical. In this role he is responsible for the hospitality investment strategy and leads all hospitality acquisitions/dispositions as he has done so since 2015.

Mr. Hanrattie originally joined Crescent in 2004 and returned to Crescent in November of 2009. After Mr. Hanrattie’s return in 2009, he held various roles on Crescent’s investments team in land and residential development as well as asset management. Prior to returning to Crescent from 2007-2009, he served as Senior Associate for Archon Group/Goldman Sachs as well as M-M Properties working on their acquisitions teams. Mr. Hanrattie originally joined Crescent in the Investments team working on office acquisitions/dispositions.

Mr. Hanrattie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
