Conrad Suszynski

Conrad Suszynski serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer for Crescent Real Estate LLC and is based in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Suszynski joined Goff Capital Partners in November 2006 before its conversion to Crescent Real Estate LLC in 2016, where he served as Managing Principal and was responsible for the organization’s commercial and multifamily real estate acquisitions and asset management as well as Flatiron Property Management.

Currently, Mr. Suszynski is responsible for the investment operations at Crescent Real Estate and is a member of the Investment Committee.

Prior to 2006, Mr. Suszynski was Executive Vice President of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp, a commercial real estate finance company with a balance sheet of approximately $20 billion invested in commercial real estate loans and properties.  He served on the senior management committee as well as on the executive committee of its broker/dealer subsidiary.

Mr. Suszynski holds a Bachelor of Arts from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
