Jeff Dyer

Jeff Dyer serves as VP of investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC and is responsible for Crescent’s strategic investments including a joint venture with a Senior Living developer and Crescent’s investments in Horseshoe Bay, Texas.

Mr. Dyer joined Crescent in August 2004 and was responsible for underwriting strategic transactions of the company including Crescent’s sale to Morgan Stanley in August 2007. After Mr. Goff and Mr. Anderson reacquired Crescent in November 2009, Mr. Dyer was responsible for the asset management, repositioning and disposition of Crescent’s legacy non-office assets. Starting in 2014, Mr. Dyer worked with Crescent’s development team and American Airlines to secure land for the development of their corporate headquarters.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Dyer graduated with a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the Cox School of Business at SMU. Mr. Dyer hods a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Southwestern University where he was a 4-year starter on the baseball team holding the single-season hit-by-pitch record for over 20 years.
