Jerry Walters

Jerry Walters serves as vice president, hospitality project management for Crescent Real Estate, LLC. Mr. Walters is responsible for overseeing renovations and re-positionings of Crescent’s hospitality assets across the country.

Mr. Walters joined Crescent in 2023. Prior to Crescent, Jerry held positions at MGAC, an international project management consulting firm, The JBG Companies, a Washington, DC based real estate developer, and The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, a national general contractor. Mr. Walters has spent his career, spanning over 25 years, managing the delivery of hospitality, workplace, mixed-use, and residential projects nationwide.

Mr. Walters earned his Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.
