John Grant

John Grant serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC. Mr. Grant is responsible for overseeing the multifamily property assets and investment securities.

Mr. Grant joined Goff Capital Partners in November of 2006, prior to its conversion to Crescent Real Estate LLC.

Prior to joining Goff Capital Partners, he served as the Chief Investment Officer of the Chotin Group and before that was co-head of ING Investment Management’s High Yield Mortgage Strategy.

Mr. Grant holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University. Mr Grant holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
