Josh Pirtle is serves as Senior Vice President, Investments. His responsibilities include maximizing the value of the Fund office assets by working closely with the leasing and property management teams and interfacing with the executive team and brokerage community in Crescent markets.

Mr. Pirtle originally joined Crescent in 2002 as a financial analyst with responsibility for Greenway Plaza in Houston and various Austin office assets. In 2005, he joined the Capital Markets/Treasury group where he shared office underwriting responsibilities in the marketing effort resulting in the Morgan Stanley acquisition of Crescent in 2007. When Goff Capital reacquired Crescent in partnership with Barclays Capital in 2009, Mr. Pirtle served as the asset management team lead responsible for the performance of the wholly owned office portfolio through disposition in 2013.

Prior to returning to Crescent in 2016, Mr. Pirtle served as Vice President of Asset Management for Cousins Properties. He was responsible for value creation on a Texas office portfolio comprised of approximately 8 million square feet located in Houston, Austin, and Dallas/Fort Worth. His responsibilities included budgeting oversight, acquisition/disposition support and brokerage relationship management. During his tenure at Cousins, Josh served on the CEO Leadership Council and the 401K Committee.

Mr. Pirtle earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Howard Payne University and his Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a real estate brokerage license in both Texas and Colorado.
