Kevin Crum

Kevin Crum serves as Senior Vice President, Development for Crescent Real Estate LLC. Mr. Crum is co-lead of all active development projects for Crescent. Prior to Mr. Crum’s development role, he was responsible for the investment management of over 40 projects in Texas, Arizona, California, and Colorado. Mr. Crum has led or been directly involved in the development of 3.7M square feet with a market value of $1.7B including The Ritz-Carlton hotel and residences (Dallas), McKinney & Olive (Dallas), American Airlines headquarters (Fort Worth), and The Crescent Fort Worth (mixed-use hotel, office, and residential in Fort Worth).

Mr. Crum joined Crescent in 1999. Prior to joining Crescent, he spent five years as an auditor with a public accounting firm where he served a variety of clients primarily in the construction and manufacturing industry. He has over 17 years of experience in real estate, particularly in project development and investment management, and finance of complex commercial and residential construction projects.

Mr. Crum holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Abilene Christian University and is a certified public accountant.
