Lindsey Giacchino

Lindsey Giacchino serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC and is based in Denver, Co. Ms. Giacchino joined Crescent Real Estate LLC in 2021. Ms. Giacchino’s responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and acquiring office acquisition and development opportunities, as well as establishing strategic plans for acquired assets in select western U.S. markets, with focus on Denver, Phoenix, and Austin.

Prior to 2021, Ms. Giacchino spent 14 years at Miller Global Properties, LLC where she held positions of increasing responsibility and served as Senior Vice President of Office Investments, with focus on West Coast Markets. During her time at Miller Global she was involved in acquiring over 4M square feet of properties and led disposition efforts of over 3M square feet that totaled approximately $1B in value. She was also involved in structuring debt and developing and maintaining lender relationships. In addition to her acquisition efforts, Ms. Giacchino asset managed properties in her region and implemented business plans which included oversight on all capital projects, leasing negotiations and budget preparation. Prior responsibilities included preparation of Fund level reporting including consolidations of waterfalls, promote calculations, cash flow forecasting, and Investor Reporting.

Ms. Giacchino earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a Real Estate concentration from the University of Denver in 2007. She is an active member of ULI and serves on the National Office and Development Council as well as a Colorado Office and Industrial Council.
