Mark Cox

Mark Cox serves as Senior Vice President, Finance for Crescent Real Estate LLC where he oversees company-wide treasury and cash management. He also partners with Andrew Lombardi, Chief Financial Officer, on management and oversight of all debt related matters.

Mr. Cox joined Crescent in 2004 and was initially responsible for corporate overhead and part of the public reporting in the accounting department. That grew to cash management, treasury oversight, and reporting lead for the board meetings during the Barclays partnership era. In 2014, he began serving as Vice President, Finance where he was responsible for the company’s planning and budgeting process, monitoring and reporting on financial and operational results and preparing financial models. In 2016, his responsibilities increased to managing coordination with title on acquisitions and dispositions, leading cash management for the hospitality assets, managing corporate Fund cash and debt, and overall support for all the assets in the GP Invitation Funds.

Prior to joining Crescent, Mr. Cox served as Director of Finance reporting for Vartec Telecom and was a Senior Accountant for Tarragon Realty Investors.

Mr. Cox holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and is a certified public accountant.
