Michael Bannon

Mike Bannon serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC and is based in Denver. Mr. Bannon’s responsibilities include all aspects of asset management, underwriting, financing, leasing, and disposition of office assets, as well as overseeing office development projects. Mr. Bannon joined Crescent as Vice President in 2018. Since then, Mr. Bannon has asset managed 2.5 million square feet and sold 14 assets totaling 1.2 million square feet.

Prior to Crescent, Mr. Bannon was involved in various phases of development of multiple large, urban, mixed-use development projects totaling 5 million square feet for Alberta Development Partners and The HYM Investment Group, as well as asset management of office, retail, and industrial properties totaling 4.5 million square feet valued in excess of $1B while at AEW Capital Management. Mr. Bannon began his career as an office tenant leasing advisor for Cresa.

Mr. Bannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Skidmore College and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
