Michael Bannon

Mike Bannon serves as Vice President, Investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC and is based in Denver. Mr. Bannon’s responsibilities include overseeing office development projects, as well as asset management, underwriting, financing, leasing, and disposition of office assets.

Mr. Bannon joined Crescent as Vice President in 2018. Prior to Crescent, Mr. Bannon was involved in the development of multiple large, urban, mixed-use development projects for Alberta Development Partners and The HYM Investment Group, as well as asset management of office, retail, and industrial properties while at AEW Capital Management. Mr. Bannon began his career as an office tenant leasing advisor for Cresa.

Mr. Bannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Skidmore College and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
