Noelle Garsek

Noelle Garsek serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Crescent Real Estate LLC.  Ms. Garsek oversees all legal aspects of the company, advises on legal strategies and risks in transactions, oversees outside counsel and leads the legal and records departments.

Ms. Garsek joined Crescent in April 2019 as Vice President, Senior Counsel, responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of the company’s acquisitions, dispositions and asset management.  Ms. Garsek has over 20 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney.  Prior to joining Crescent, Ms. Garsek was a shareholder with Winstead PC, where she practiced in the firm’s real estate and development practice group and worked closely with Crescent as outside counsel.

Ms. Garsek graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
