Norman Brem

Norman Brem serves as Vice President, Treasury for Crescent Real Estate LLC. He is responsible for cash and compliance forecasts for all asset classes, lender reporting, payment operations and controls, and overnight investments.

Mr. Brem joined Crescent in 2022 as Director, Treasury and was primarily responsible for hospitality cash forecasts and payment operations. In this role, he led several projects to enhance and standardize the applications of the hospitality cash forecast models, then expanding the initiatives to include office and multifamily assets. He also redeveloped Crescent’s overnight investment policy.

Prior to Crescent, Mr. Brem served in the treasuries of both Toyota Financial Services and Toyota Motor North America for seven years. While with Toyota, he was responsible for short-term debt issuance, liquidity management, consolidated North American cash forecasts, intercompany credit lines, and the regional USD bond portfolio.

Norman is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army in 2008. He deployed in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and New Dawn from 2009 to 2010, earning a Bronze Star Medal. Upon concluding his active duty service as a Captain, he obtained an MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
