Theresa Cabilao

Theresa Cabilao serves as Senior Vice President, Investments for Crescent Real Estate LLC and is head of hospitality asset management. Ms. Cabilao has over 3 decades of hospitality financial and operational experience over hotel, resort, timeshare and condo properties. Since 2001, Ms. Cabilao has been directly responsible for asset managing over $2.5 billion of lodging properties owned by Crescent, and has a significant role in major renovations, repositioning, and development of Crescent’s successful portfolio expansion and ownership.

Ms. Cabilao develops and maintains strong relationships with partners, associates and management teams to deliver unparalleled guest experiences and financial success.

Prior to joining Crescent, Ms. Cabilao has held property general manager and regional operation and financial positions with Coldwell Banker Hotel Services, Omni Hotels and Resorts, Carnival Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.

Ms. Cabilao holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M International School, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Fu-Jen Catholic University and is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and Certified Hotel Administrator.
