Tiffany Payan

Tiffany Payan serves as VP Fund Controller for Crescent Real Estate LLC and is responsible for the financial oversight and reporting for Crescent’s GP Invitation Funds and related entities as well as managing administrator relationships and coordinating all annual audits and tax returns.

Mrs. Payan joined Crescent in 2016 as a senior financial analyst. During her tenure at Crescent, Mrs. Payan has built out the fund accounting department and related policies and procedures, and serves as a knowledge source for financial statements, tax matters, and capital management. She regularly assists on special projects such as regulatory compliance, performance calculations, and investor relations financial reporting. Prior to joining Crescent, Mrs. Payan worked for Ernst & Young from 2011 to 2016 as an external auditor for a global real estate opportunity fund in which she gained valuable fund accounting and real estate investment experience.

Mrs. Payan holds a B.B.A in Accounting and Finance and a M.S. in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
