Travis Jeakins

Travis Jeakins serves as Senior Vice President, Construction for Crescent Real Estate LLC. Mr. Jeakins manages a team responsible for the construction and cost management of all ground-up development projects including office, hospitality and multifamily.

Mr. Jeakins joined Crescent in 2020 as Vice President after previously working as Construction Manager for Crescent from 2006-2013, where he was part of a team responsible for design, construction and budget of The Ritz-Carlton, Dallas Hotel and Residences. He started his construction career with The Beck Group and worked for several Dallas-based development firms including Woodbine Development Corp. and HALL Group. He oversaw design, budget and construction of luxury high-rise condominiums, hospitality and office developments in Texas, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, California and Florida.

Mr. Jeakins earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003.
