LAS VEGAS, NV (March 20, 2012) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that it has signed four new lease transactions during the first quarter of 2012 at Hughes Center, Nevada’s largest and leading Class A office project celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

Bob Boykin, managing director for leasing in Las Vegas and Houston for Hughes Center owner Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC, said newly signed or renewed customers include:

  • Hendricks & Partners signed a 12-month lease extension for 965 square feet at 3770 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 280, in Hughes Center. Colliers International’s Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin, CCIM, and Patti Dillon represented Crescent Real Estate Equities.
  • Burns & Wilcox, LTD signed a 72-month new lease for 2,088 square feet at 3773 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 320N. Brad Peterson, of CB Richard Ellis in Las Vegas, represented the lessee. Colliers International’s Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin, CCIM, and Patti Dillon represented Crescent Real Estate Equities.
  • JPMorgan Chase Bank signed a 46-month lease expansion for 3,963 square feet at 3770 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 240. Mike Dunn, of Commerce CRG in Las Vegas, represented the lessee. Colliers International’s Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin, CCIM, and Patti Dillon represented Crescent Real Estate Equities.
  • PB Americas, Inc. signed an 11.5-month lease renewal for 7,127 square feet at 3930 Howard Hughes Parkway, Suite 300. Colliers International’s Tom Stilley, Lizz Stilley, Ryan Martin, CCIM, and Patti Dillon represented Crescent Real Estate Equities.
