DENVER, CO, (October 6, 2010) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that Suncor Energy (U.S.A.) Inc. signed a new lease for 24,437 square feet at Johns Manville Plaza in Denver’s Central Business District. Bruce M. Basham represented the owner, MS Crescent Two SPV, LLC, while Robert M. Whittelsey and Chris Wiley of Colliers International represented Suncor.

“We are honored that Suncor Energy has chosen Johns Manville Plaza as its new long-term home for its U.S. business office, and we look forward to working with them for years to come,” said Crescent’s vice president of leasing Bruce Basham. Since January 1, 2010, Basham has leased more than 105,000 square feet, including Suncor, at Johns Manville.
