DENVER, CO, (October 6, 2010) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that Suncor Energy (U.S.A.) Inc. signed a new lease for 24,437 square feet at Johns Manville Plaza in Denver’s Central Business District. Bruce M. Basham represented the owner, MS Crescent Two SPV, LLC, while Robert M. Whittelsey and Chris Wiley of Colliers International represented Suncor.

Since January 1, 2010, Basham has leased more than 105,000 square feet, including Suncor, at Johns Manville.
