DALLAS, February 8, 2019 – Crescent Real Estate LLC (Crescent) property manager Kristine Lang was recognized as Property Manager of the Year while Crescent-managed buildings, McKinney & Olive and Greenhill Towers, earned The Outstanding Buildings of the Year (TOBY) Awards for the Greater Dallas area.

The awards were handed out by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Dallas during its Lone Star Industry Excellence Awards gala in Dallas in February. BOMA Dallas Lone Star Awards honor persons in the commercial real estate industry who exemplify highest levels of professionalism and assist BOMA in adding value to the Greater Dallas commercial real estate industry. TOBY awards recognize quality in commercial real estate buildings and reward excellence in building management.

Lang, Crescent’s property manager of The Crescent®, oversees day-to-day operations and management of the three-tower, mix-use retail site in Uptown Dallas. She emphasizes positive customer relations and enacts policies to increase value of the building. Lang was also recognized for ethical, professional, and courteous relationships with contractors and customers, her ability to manage and mentor property personnel and create a high-performing team environment with all employees.

Developed by Crescent and currently, Crescent-managed, McKinney & Olive earned a TOBY award as The Outstanding Building of the Year for buildings with 500,000 to 1 million square feet. The Cesar Pelli design features a sheer glass façade, roof-top terrace and one-acre outdoor piazza that provide a creative space for office customers and connects McKinney & Olive with the community. Angelique Wade is General Manager of McKinney & Olive.

Crescent-managed Greenhill Towers earned a TOBY award as The Outstanding Building of the Year for buildings with 250,000 – 499,999 square feet. Located in Addison – in the heart of North Dallas, Greenhill Towers was designed by Pierce Goodwin Alexander. The 267,542 square feet of mix-use property is divided between a 12-story tower and three-story garden building. Jonathan “JJ” Jones is the Greenhill Towers Senior Property Manager.

After serving as vice president of BOMA Fort Worth, Angelia Franklin was sworn in as BOMA Fort Worth chapter president for a two-year term. Franklin is Senior Property Manager of Crescent International Plaza III.
