DENVER, CO (February 13, 2012) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that it signed both new and expansion leases totaling 24,265 square feet at Peakview Tower, part of the Greenwood Plaza Office Park located within the Fiddler’s Green submarket of the Denver Tech Center. American Title Services is relocating its corporate headquarters, while IQNavigator is expanding its U.S. corporate headquarters within Peakview Tower. Including this recent leasing activity, Peakview Tower now stands at 94 percent leased.

American Title Services, a Denver-based, full-service title and escrow company, is scheduled to relocate from Greenwood Village this September taking 16,443 square feet at Peakview. Bruce Basham, vice president of leasing at Crescent, represented the owner, Crescent Crown Peakview Tower LLC, and Robert Sznip with ReMax Commercial Alliance represented American Title.
