DALLAS, TX (December 14, 2011) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today that Hallett & Perrin, P.C. and Tenet Healthcare Corporation signed leases totaling 45,548 square feet at downtown Dallas’ landmark property, Fountain Place. Hallett & Perrin is relocating from another CBD building, while Tenet Healthcare Corporation is expanding its Fountain Place presence. Including these two new leases, Fountain Place is 88 percent leased.
Hallett & Perrin, P.C., a prestigious, full-service law firm in Dallas, is scheduled to relocate within downtown to Fountain Place in April 2012, taking the entire 24th floor totaling 23,427 square feet. Kirby White, director of leasing for Crescent Property Services, Inc., represented the owner, while Paul Whitman and Brad Selner with Jones Lang LaSalle represented Hallett & Perrin.
Randy Roberts, managing shareholder of Hallett & Perrin, P.C., said about the move, “We pride ourselves on having a business model that is focused 100 percent on client satisfaction. Part of that is the experience our clients have within our office. Fountain Place is an iconic Dallas landmark, conveniently located, and offers all of the amenities of the culturally-rich Arts District. It suits us perfectly.”
Tenet Healthcare Corporation, one of the nation’s largest investor-owned healthcare delivery systems, recently expanded its headquarters in Fountain Place by taking an additional full floor on 28. Kirby White represented the owner, and Phil Puckett with CBRE represented Tenet.
“We are proud to add Hallett & Perrin to our A-list customer base and support Tenet Healthcare in its long-term growth plan,” said White. As for 2011 accomplishments, he added, “We finished the year strong at Fountain Place. Our 88 percent lease rate is one of the highest in downtown Dallas, and we achieved LEED EB Silver Certification on the heels of being awarded the 25-Year Award by the Texas Society of Architects. It’s been a great year.”
Fountain Place is a dramatically sculpted 1.2 million-square-foot office tower of green reflective glass rising 60 stories from a tree-lined water garden at Ross Avenue and Field Street in downtown Dallas. A symbol of superior architecture, Fountain Place rises out of an oasis of fountains, pools, trees and flowers on the northern edge of the Dallas central business district.
