HOUSTON, TX, (June 30, 2010) – Crescent Real Estate Holdings LLC announced today a new, full-floor lease with affiliates of The Feldman Law Firm LLP and related operations, Capstone Associated Services, Ltd. and RSL Funding, LLC, in Crescent’s premiere office complex in Houston’s Galleria area.
A Feldman affiliate signed a new 10-year lease for 16,321 square feet of Class A office space in Two Post Oak Central. The move consolidates their operations at 1980 Post Oak Blvd. where the Feldman affiliates now control the entire 19th floor. Eric Siegrist of Crescent represented Post Oak Central and Crescent POC Investors, L.P., while Kevin Hodges with Studley, Inc. and Russell Hodges, formerly with Studley, Inc. and now a leasing agent with Crescent at Houston Center, represented Feldman along with Michael T.
